Project Management Part 3 Time Management

This program includes information about the differences between tasks, activities, and events, as well as how to identify predecessor, concurrent, and successor activities. Students will learn how to identify dependency relationships, how to convert an activity list into a network diagram, and how to estimate activity duration.
