"Telephone Skills: Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls" This course teaches the skills to prepare for inbound calls and how to deal with them. Guidelines for screening calls, putting a caller on hold, transferring a call and taking messages are taught. The learner is also stepped through the preparation to make outbound calls including stress management. Leaving voice mail messages, developing secondary contacts, and delivering negative messages are also covered.
