Chutes and Adders

When writer Robin Light's husband, Murphy, dies of a cocaine overdose, she is left with his struggling pet shop. Soon after, a shop employee receives a package containing a poisonous snake and is fatally bitten. Robin is shocked to learn a cop considers her to be the prime suspect. As she searches for evidence to clear herself, Robin realizes Murphy was involved in something very shady. Strong language. 1994.
